What is Pencak Silat?

Pencak Silat is the collective name given to the ethnic fighting arts of South East Asia, including Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines. Pencak Silat is not a sport, nor is it what most people consider a typical Martial Art. Pencak Silat is a “Warrior Way of Life” used for survival. It's an art form that teaches and guides you on the path of becoming a Silat Warrior. A way of life, that will develop you Physically, Internally and Spiritually.
