Beladiri training is the first step in learning Pukulan Cimande Kombinasi Pencak Silat
This is a simple & powerful self defense method that can be used by anybody in real life or death situations regardless of age, size, gender or physical condition!
Beladiri is quick to learn and easy to remember because most people are very busy & only have a limited amount of time to train.
- Turn fear back onto the attacker by learning to control your emotions.
- Develop a fighting mode or what we term 'Cimande Personality".
- Overwhelm the opponent with a barrage of elbows and knees.
- Learn to hit at least 3 times per second with basic Silat "Poison Hand"
- Introduction to the Progression of Destruction and Eleven Principles of Silat.
- Learn to quickly defeat someone who trys to grab, tackle, punch, kick or attack you with any weapon.
Classes are held on Tuesdays from 6:30pm – 8:00pm.
Beladiri training is for ages 13 and up only.

In this free class you will learn the fundamentals of Beladiri Silat and how to use them as a powerful and effective self defense method.
Class meets on Tuesday nights from 6:30pm-8pm.
