Fire Dragons - Kids Program

Kids ages 5-11 have fun building confidence, coordination, focus and fitness training in Pukulan Cimande Kombinasi, Indonesian Martial Arts. Fire Dragons classes are for kids of all levels and abilities. Kids love the creative movement of PCK's four animal style: Monkey, Tiger, Snake and Crane. Students begin in Bela Diri - Beginners Self Defense where they will learn to roll, jump, fall, parry, block, punch and kick. Students learn self defense holds that increase self awareness, verbal and non-verbal skills to create safe and healthy boundaries. Fire Dragons is for families that are looking for a non-competetive environment where children are encouraged to express themselves in healthy and positive ways. Our instructors create an environment of mutual respect where each student is encouraged to work and train at their own pace and ability. Fire Dragons classes are scheduled in the early evening to fit your family schedule. We recommend families come in and watch our instructors in action.

Real strength is about being confident and feeling free to be who you are in the world. Kids have a blast training Pukulan Cimande Kombinasi while building coordination, cooperation and confidence. Physical fitness does not have to be boring! In PCK when students explore the creative movements of the monkey, tiger, snake and crane, you can see the joy on their faces as they roll like monkeys, leap like tigers, weave like snakes and fly like cranes.

Our Fire Dragons KIDs programs promote confidence, coordination, respect and self discipline in a safe - FUN! - and caring environment. Our instructors are all qualified martial arts instructors, and are all CPR certified.
